By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Under English law, we may not enter into a contract with any person under 18 years of age. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

1.General. These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Scotland.

2.Our guarantee. We aim to supply fish of the highest standard. If you are not happy with the quality of our fish, we will aim to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

3.Return of non-food items. If you wish to return a non-food item for any reason other than it not being of merchantable quality, you may do so at your own expense. We will refund the cost as long as it is returned to us within 10 days in the same condition as we sent it to you. 10% handling charge will be deducted.

4.Delivery. If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives, please leave instructions as to where the parcel can be left. If no instructions are left the parcel will be returned to the depot, you will have to collect it at your own expense or wait an extra day for delivery. Please bear in mind the nature of the chilled items in your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays your end.

5.Cancellation of orders. You may cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours prior to the delivery day. We will refund any payment you have made, but reserve the right to make a charge of up to £10 to cover the costs incurred by us in handling your payment/credit.

6.Payment. Your order will be charged to your card when the order is placed.

7.Customer support. You may call us on 07831 251923 at any time. This number will be manned Monday to Friday 9-5 and will otherwise accept a message. 8.Complaints handling. We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. However, if you do, please call or email as above. We will try to acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day, and say how we propose to resolve it within 7 working days.

Privacy. All personal information we collect is collected lawfully, within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Via your order we collect your name, telephone number, email address, billing address and delivery address. We require this data to deal with your order and we keep it. We do not collect credit card numbers.
Third parties.
We pass your address and phone number to a courier company so they can deliver your parcel including calling you if necessary.

We use Google Analytics to record successive sessions on our site, and analyse our site's performance including the popularity of each page.

Your right
If you are unsure what personal information we hold please contact us and we will inform you. At your request, we will delete the information we hold about you.

Use of cookies
When you visit our site we place tracking cookies on your PC. These help us optimize our website. We also place cookies which keep track of your purchases and login credentials. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to us our shopping system.

Consent
By using our website you consent to the collection and use of personal information by us for the purpose of processing you order, fraud detection and market research.

If you have selected to receive emails you will receive our promotional emails no more than once a week. To unsubscribe simply click the “unsubscribe from this list” link at the very bottom of the mail.
